Qualifications

I am a qualified counsellor having completed a three year Foundation degree in Integrative Humanistic counselling combining approaches such as Person Centred, Gestalt and Existential. I also incorporate elements of CBT within my approach should I feel this would benefit you. Information regarding these approaches is available on the following link CLICK HERE

The main goals of this approach is to find out how a person perceives themselves here and now and to recognise growth, self-direction and responsibilities. This method is optimistic and attempts to help individuals recognise their strengths by offering a non-judgemental, understanding experience.
